We are proud to announce  LILIBETH CUENCA RASMUSSEN & ERICH WEISS at ArtPalmBeach Contemporary Art Fair > 16-20 January 2019

LILIBETH CUENCA RASMUSSEN will be the 2019 guest performance artist at ArtPalmBeach Contemporary Art Fair. Tow With the Flow, explores the western world’s uninhibited obsession with textiles and fashion and its negative impact on the world’s environment. The artist uses themes from the UN Global 2030 Goals Manifest to shed light on the importance of environmental sustainability through poetry, music, and interpretative performances.

ERICH WEISS will be this year’s guest curator ArtPalmBeach Contemporary Art Fair’s new dynamic art pavilions, Design,  Art Video, and  Performance Art.  Weiss is currently the curator at large at Barcelona’s Picasso Museum, Rotterdam’s New Institute: Museum for Architecture, Design & Digital Culture and the Sonneveld House as well as an art critic and curator specializing in Dada and Surrealism. His recent museum exhibitions have included the works of Bruce Nauman, Ed Ruscha, Willem Oorebeek, Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol  Picabia, Magritte Man Ray, Duchamp as well as solo exhibitions at the Picasso Museum of the works of  Rineke Kijkstra ( 2017), Arthur Cravan ( 2017), and Erwin Wurm 2018.
